1) Reference to “we”, “our” and “us” in this Terms are reference to the company “ASK ME”.

shopping services.
We assume that the customer accept our privacy policy when customer starts to use our service.
If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

This Terms and Conditions and eventual individual extended terms apply to all of our services.
3) USE QUALIFICATION
1. “customer” is a natural person who agrees our Terms and Conditions and who submit an order
and we, and we accept this following order approval.
2.“Third party” is defined as a legal person or not a direct customers.
3.It is assumed that customer never transfers, rents and sells customer status of our services
to any third party.
4.If customer is under 18 years old, parents consent is required for the business.
You are prohibited to use another person’s identity for our service, this act is considered
as identity theft or fraud.
5.Use qualification is completed with our acceptance of the application referred to
in the preceding paragraph. Any of the facts below listed have been discovered,
we cancel your customer status immediately.

(3)Not matching our Terms and Conditions or not following our instructions
(4)If any of your acts interferes with our service or violates after customer’s interests
(5)If we have determined inappropriate case
6.We provide an order number, it is your responsibility to take care of it. Customer must let us
know immediately if the customer has knowledge about a party abusing any of the business
violates. In this situation, customer has to follow our instructions until full resolution
of the case.
Please note that if damage causes to our company by if customer information has been authorized,
customer shall compensate to the company.
Any loss caused by customer and not following the agreed Terms and Conditions, customer is
liable for compensation and further legal actions are undertaken.
4) Changes of customer information
1.Customer must notify without delay if any changes of customer information occurred.
2.If an email set to the registered customer email address is without delivery further
notification, this considered to be received by the customers.
5) Use of Personal data
1.We do not disclose your data without your consent. In any of the cases below, we will provide
personal data to third-party organization according to current regulation.

(3)If we are obliged by legal bodies, such as criminal investigations or legal disputes.
2.It is assumed that we may open letter or parcel with customer's name arrived at our place
according to necessity.
3.Please note that we are not responsible for any contacts, negotiation or contracts between
customer and information providers.
6) Customer can request the cancellation of registration of our service at any time.
1.If customer has been provided our service after cancellation, this Terms and Conditions apply
to all of our services.
2.The registration is automatically deleted if customer is deceased.
7) Delete of customer qualification
1.If identity theft or fraud is proved, we will delete customer registration of our service as
violation of Terms and Conditions. In this case, we do not provide refund.
2.We refuse any further application for customer these fraudulent customers.
8) Transaction
1.Our service is to search a product, which customer requests us to purchase and deliver it
on behalf from Japan.
2.We are a service provider, but not the original seller, we do not accept any returns or
cancellations following order.
9) Provision commodity
Customer is not allowed to request for deliver goods as the listed below.
Forbidden items are changing according to the countries. We will inform you that the goods are
forbidden or not.
(1)Valuables, coins, bank notes, concert tickets, flight tickets, credit card, debit card
(2)Securities, traveller’s checks
(3)Processed or non processed platinum, gold or silver gem, jewelry and other valuables
(4)items which violates legislation on confidential documents, other laws, regulations, or
items which violate public morals.
(5)Live animals or items from protected species
(6)Human body or a part of human body , body , remains , memorial tablets
(7)deterioration and those perishable food and drink
(8)Drugs
(9)Explosives e.g. fireworks, crackers, ammunition, etc
(10)Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment
(11)Obscene article
(12)Things that is restriced import or export by the local government of laws and regulations
including export entry, states and countries.
(13)Things that has not been allowed to deliver by the transport operators.
(14)If we have determined inappropriate case
10) Fee and payment of our service
1.The fee consists of the product, delivery costs, tax, customs, service charges, cost involving
in purchasing, e.g. service charge for Paypal, transportation cost if we need to pick up a
product directly from shops. Customer pay the fee by the period we determine.
The fee is calculated as described in our service.
2.We may change the constituents of the fee without further notice.
In addition, product weight and parcel weight for the price list refer to the results based on
weighing by us.
3.It is assumed that customer pay the actual cost as following, customs duties, taxes and dues,
including value-added tax, bank transfer fee to the Company, expenses of transportation expenses
for which the user receives the luggage, delivery fare other than from the Company to
the customer, other expenses.
11) Discontinuation of the service
We suspend or terminate the service without prior notice or customer authorization in case
of a major disrupt. We are not responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused to the
customer by the discontinuation of the service. If the events listed below occur, we may need
to discontinue temporarily part or all of the services without prior notice to the customer.
(1)If system malfunction occurs
(2)If the fire, power failure occurs
(3)Natural disasters, war, terrorism, by force majeure etc
(4)If there are expanded services, system update, and maintenance prevent
(5) If we have determined to stop temporarily or discontinue of this service
12) Prohibited acts
1.Customer is not allowed to act to interferes with our service as the listed below.
(1)Act of exploitation with a wrongful purpose
(2)Acts violating the rights of intellectual property rights, trademark rights of third parties or
our company or other companies, copyright, design rights, patent rights, portrait rights,
publicity rights of others
(3)Acts lead to fraud and other crimes
(4)Acts to use this service by pretending to be a third party
(5)Act of unauthorized use of the facilities of a third party or ours, or giving a hindrance to
its operations
(6)Acts that violate laws and regulations, public policy or Terms nd Conditions
2.Customer violates the Terms and Conditions or this Agreement, and we have suffered any damages,
we are going to claim compensation.
